We understand that circumstances change, and you may find it necessary to cancel your subscription at any time. Our subscription model is designed with your flexibility in mind, as it is based on monthly intervals. This means that if you decide to cancel, refunds will be prorated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription term.

For example, if you purchased a 12-month subscription on January 15th and decide to cancel on February 21st, you will receive a refund for the remaining 10 full months of your subscription. The month you cancel (in this case, February) will not be refunded, as a portion of that month has already elapsed. Our play support team can assist you with the process and calculate the appropriate refund amount based on the remaining full months in your subscription term.

Please note that if you choose to resubscribe after canceling your subscription, you will be subject to the current pricing at the time of your new subscription. If the subscription price has increased since your original purchase, you will be charged the new, higher price upon resubscribing. We are unable to offer the original price you were paying if the current price is now higher.

For annual and semi-annual subscribers, we will send you a reminder 30 calendar days before your annual subscription renewal date or half-year. For monthly subscribers, we will send you a renewal reminder in the 12th month of your monthly subscription period. These notices will ensure you have sufficient time to assess your subscription status and decide whether to continue, modify, or cancel your services as needed.


If you wish to cancel your subscription, please be aware that you must submit a cancellation request via our designated form at least five (5) business days before your next billing date. This is essential to avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
