Content Creation:

I use AI tools to assist with brainstorming, research, and initial drafts of blog posts, social media content, and educational materials. All AI-generated content is thoroughly reviewed, edited, and enhanced with my professional expertise in toys, play, and child development. Some images on this website and my materials are created using AI image generation tools. When used, they complement authentic photography and traditional design elements. By default, I use AI tools in the following ways:

  • Written Content: Typically AI Assisted for research, ideation, editing, and polishing.
  • Design & Imagery: Primarily AI Free, except for minor touch-ups or AI-based photo editing tools.
  • Audio & Video: Audio is often AI Assisted (e.g., automatic transcripts, editing software). Voice is AI Free. Video remains AI Free unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Coaching: AI assisted (to help with curating advice, making lists & tools, distilling down complex topics, sharpening my advice).
  • Course Creation: AI assisted for course outlines and content (all videos, screenshares, and teaching videos are AI free outside of some light editing and transcription).

How I define these labels:

  • AI Free – This was fully created by me/my brand from idea to execution.
  • AI Assisted – AI tools & LLM models were used to help organize, edit, and curate the content you see. There was at least 50% involvement or more from me or another human.
  • AI Generated – The majority of this work was done with the help of AI. This may include the idea, the organization, the content, and the execution. More than 50% of the work was handled by AI, including the idea itself.

Quality Assurance:
Whether AI-assisted or not, every piece of content undergoes my personal review to ensure it aligns with my professional standards, expertise, and values. My unique insights, experience as a parent, and professional knowledge are always the driving force behind all content.

Customer Service:
While I or my brand may use AI tools to help manage communications, I handle all substantive responses and consultations to maintain the high level of service my clients, students, and members expect.

Data Privacy:
I prioritize data protection and privacy when using AI tools, especially regarding any information related to children or families. To my knowledge, no personal client information is ever shared with AI systems. However, AI is an unknown tool.

Continuous Learning:
As AI technology evolves, I commit to staying informed about best practices and updating this policy accordingly.
