Holiday Board Games and Crafts for Kids

The holiday can be a perfect time to start new traditions with your kids. Even if it is not with the end goal of traditional, it is a great way to play with the kids on a snowy Saturday afternoon. Here are some fun options, including a new company find called eeBoo!

Whether it is counting down to Hannukah or Christmas, create some paper chains to tear off one each day until the Big Day! All you need is construction paper, tape or glue, and scissors. If you don’t want to DIY it, then these eeBoo Holiday Paper Chains

Another fun activity is to make gift tags. You just need blank tags from your local craft store. Then get some colorful colored pencils (stay away from markers that can bleed through the paper). Colored pencils can give the color you need and is a special tool for most kids who often just work with crayons. I especially like eeBoo colored pencils.
